High Rock Raceway is a true “Racing Country Club.”

A Race Club Membership affords the member exclusive use of the full 2.15-mile High Rock Raceway on 60 pre-reserved dates each year, as well as providing many other members-only benefits. Twenty of these members-only dates will be evening sessions during the summer season, 20 of these dates will be full-day weekday sessions, and 20 will be full-day weekend sessions. Heats of various car and motorcycle classes will be run throughout each member date to ensure that all members get plenty of track time.

An Individual Membership in the Race Club currently sells for $35,000 and a Corporate Membership currently sells for $50,000. All Race Club Memberships are perpetual, meaning that they do not expire and they may be sold at market value or passed on to heirs. The only additional fees associated with memberships are annual dues, payable after the first year of membership, which are estimated to be $3,000 per annum for an Individual Membership and $4,000 per annum for a Corporate Membership. Those who purchase memberships now and purchase a raec townhome at a later date may apply their full membership initiation fee to the purchase price of a race townhome purchased directly from High Rock.

A Corporate Membership may be purchased by an individual or an entity, including a limited liability company, a partnership or a corporation. A Corporate Membership allows up to four individuals designated by the owner of the Corporate Membership full Race Club Membership privileges. The owner of the Corporate Membership may change the individuals designated as members.

Phase I construction includes the race track and the 120 Race Townhomes. Phase II construction includes our High Rock Members’ Center, which will house our Members’ Club. The Members’ Club will provide quality food and beverages in a comfortable atmosphere to our Race Club Members and their invited guests.
